Warranty Statement
Jtsineru guarantees to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product. If Customer has any problems with any executed purchase order, please notify Jtsineru within 60 days from
the date of shipment.
Warranty Period
General Term
Warranty Period of product sold by Jtsineru is 12 months as of the date of delivery.
Jtsineru will provide economic effort to replace or repair the product free of charge if the defects are caused due to reasons related to raw materials, designation, or
manufacturing process.
Jtsineru will repair, replace the product under reasonable charges to the customer if the product defects meets this Warranty Policy.
Jtsineru will repairs, replace the defective product, or provide on-site technical support for products exceeding the warranty period on reasonable fees.
Exceptions
Jtsineru will refuse to provide warranty promises if:
a.Products have been beyond the warranty period; or
b.Defections are due to wrong use, un-proper maintenance or storage, or breach of user guides or menu provided by Jtsineru; or
c.Defections are results of Force Majeure, which shall mean any acts of law, natural disaster, war, riots, strikes, insurrections, tsunami, typhoon, earthquake, terrorism,
governmental sanctions, legislation changes or any similar event beyond such party’s reasonable control; or
d.Customer has conducted repair actions to the products.
e.For those specific product (e.g. Azure Sphere MT3620 Development Kit ) as notified to Customer expressly, in cases that the product is free from any Quality Defect and
the productpackage has been opened by Customer.
Returns & Refund
If you’re not satisfied with a product you bought, we offer the following options:
1. Return for Refund or Exchange (Unopened)
Eligibility: You can return for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product, as long as the product remains unopened until it is returned to Seeed's warehouse.
Process: Email us at support@jtsineru.com to get return authorization before sending it back.
Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging, including a receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for return.
Note: If you are returning a product for a refund, you need to pay for shipping . If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for all associated costs. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return/exchange is due to an error on our end.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Eligibility: If you discover any defects or damage to the product within one month from the date of shipment, you can request a free replacement.
Process: Contact support@jtsineru.com to obtain return authorization before returning the item. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Non-returnable Products
- Lightly Customized Products: Items with quick customizations, such as logos, packaging, or firmware, cannot be returned or exchanged after order confirmation.
- End-of-Life (EOL) & Special-Priced Items: These items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
