Use Notice:

1.Perpendicular to the leather surface, tap it lightly, and then force it until it penetrates 0.5-1mm. If the leather doesn't penetrate, keep hitting until it penetrate. the size more than 5*10mm, because the cutting area is relatively large, it needs to be tapped a few more times.

2.The blade of our small-sized punches will be made thinner, and the leather cut is less, so it feels sharper. If the blade of large-sized one is made thin, it is easy to cause the blade to break due to excessive force in actual operation. For durability, the blade of large-sized punches are usually made thick. In addition, the leather area to be cut is larger, so the large-sized one will feel duller. Please use more force to knock. If the force is small, you need to knock two or three times more.

3.Equipment recommendation: According to the principle of mechanics, knocking on the thin desk will cause a greater rebound and will remove the force of the knock. Therefore, it is recommended that the workbench should be more than 4cm thick solid wooden table or marble board, and then the punch board should be added for knocking. Do not put any soft and elastic materials such as felt, sheepskin, etc. under the pad. When using a hammer, hold the hammer close to the hammer head. If the force is not well controlled and it cannot be penetrated at one time, please knock more than 2 times.

4.Each product surfaces are coated little rust preventive oil after production, Please wipe clean before use. When you no longer use the punch tool, apply some oil to the surface and place it in a dry and ventilated place. This will better protect the tool.
