Extraction: The extraction water temperature is usually controlled between 90 - 96°C. If the water temperature is too high, it will cause the coffee to be bitter and burnt; if it is too low, the extraction will be insufficient. At the same time, pay attention to the extraction time. Generally, the extraction time for a double shot of espresso is about 25 - 35 seconds. If the extraction time is too short or too long, adjust the parameters in a timely manner.
