Use: Universal angle ruler is used to measure the angle of precision parts inside and outside or for degree marking of the angle of the gauge 

Usage:
1. Read out the vernier zero mark on the left side of the main ruler on the millimeter integer;
2. see the vernier is my first few ticks and the main ruler of the ticks aligned, the vernier on the ticks of the serial number multiplied by the cursor index value of 0.02, that is, the fractional part, but also according to the vernier on the number and byte read out the fractional part of the labeling
3. Add the whole number of millimeters and the decimal part, that is, the measured size reading.
