What's difference between the DTF and other transfer?
Sublimation only used on white color, polyester coated blanks.

Iron on transfer only used on white and dark color, cotton fabric.

DTF used on cotton pre-treated fabrics.

DTF Transfer Printing can used on both non-treated and pre-treated, all color, all material fabric including cotton, silk, polyester, nylon, leather and more.

DTF Heat Transfer Steps :

Step 1: Print your design on PET film(you need to prepare the DTF Ink, printer and film yourself).

Step 2: Apply powder shake well, let the hot melt powder stick to the printed pattern, then shake off the excess powder.

Step 3: Put the film with hot melt powder into the oven and bake until the hot melt powder melts.It is recommended to bake .Temp: 266℉-320℉ / 130℃-160℃, Time: 120s-300s / 2min-5min

Step 4: Lay the patterned side of the treated film flat on the garment you want the pattern to be printed on.Heat press the film with a heat press machine.Temp: 302℉-329℉ / 150℃-165℃, Time: 10s-15s

Step 5:Slowly tear off the PET film along any corner.
